Product Feature: Discussion Threads

Our Threads feature enables our users to have discussions with us around machine events. This discussion is held on the machine page, which consists of different threads, each representing a timeline event, i.e, health change, repair, observation, and baseline.

Comments can be left on these events, for example, a machine goes from Monitor to Alarm. Simply type your comment in the comment box provided and our team will review and follow up. 

Each comment made is reviewed and responded to by our Vibration Analysts and an email notification is sent to the user. 

Please note: Only users that are involved in a specific discussion will get emails about new comments on existing threads.
