An "Upload Pending" error message typically occurs when there was an issue or interference while uploading your session. If you are experiencing this message on your device, you may need to initiate a data recovery.
Before attempting a data recovery it is best practice to close the application and then re-open it. Do NOT log out of the application. Just go to your device's home screen and close the application by swiping or closing out. If this does not cause the pending uploads to continue uploading then the next step will be to initiate a data recovery. Please take the following steps:
- Go to the main menu (three stacked horizontal lines)
- Click on "more" from the main menu
- Click on "Recover Data"
- Email support@augury.com with the machine names that are pending upload and the buildings they are in as well as the email address of the person that took the recordings.
Our team will review and follow up with you once the recovery is completed or to inform you if additional steps are required.
