Mobile Device: Adding Observations

Observations can be logged both in the Auguscope App or in the Web Dashboard. This is done to convey special conditions you notice about a machine, and will play a role in the diagnostics process. 

*Note- Observations are included in the reports that are generated that you can be provided to customers. Be cognizant of what information you input and who the audience will be for the reports.

1. To add an observation to a machine, go to the machine in the app and click ADD OBSERVATION. 

2. Choose the component you are logging the observation on. 

3. Enter a description of your observation, add photos, and change the date if applicable. Then click DONE.
