Mobile Device: Repairs

If you make a repair to a machine in the field, be sure to document your work in the Auguscope App. By logging repairs, you are able to keep track of the work you have done, convey this to your customers, and have historical records of this helpful information for future diagnostics.

To Log a repair: 

1.  Go to the machine in the Auguscope app, click ADD REPAIR. 

2. Choose the repair type, select the component you completed the repair on, enter in a description of your repair, edit the date if necessary, and add the cost. Attach photos if applicable. When complete, click DONE.

3. You've added a repair for that machine. To ensure the repair was successful, take another reading on the machine.
