1. To add a new user, go to the "users page" and click the add user button. A user can be classified as one of the following:
- Manager
- Analyst
- Technician
Each of these roles has their own scope, and will defined by the company hierarchy:
- Company
- Region
- Branch
- Facility
- Building
*Note- The users role will determine what information they are able to view.
2. After entering all the required information (marked with a red asterisk) click save. The user will receive an email that will assist him/her with the onboarding process.
