To ensure that you are able to have a simple and easy recording experience, follow these three steps.
1. Make sure you have no recordings waiting to upload
Navigate to Sessions at the bottom of the screen. If you don't see recordings to be uploaded, move on. If you do keep the application open until the upload is complete before moving on.
2. Log Out of the App
Navigate to the More at the bottom of the screen and then select Log Out.
3. Log Back In
Navigate back to the App and log in using your email and password to get started recording again. If you have forgotten your password, just use the "Forgot your password" link to issue a reset link to your email.
