The email-generated diagnostic report is a key tool to understand the condition of machines that have been recorded on. While the report for each visit will be emailed to users based on their profile settings and the machine's hierarchy, users also have the ability to generate reports with more flexibility directly from the web platform. These reports can display data by machine status and date and support multiple languages.
Start by navigating to Augury.com and select Log In from the top right corner. Navigate through the hierarchy to the find building where you would like to generate the report.
Note: there are two levels of the hierarchy where a report may be generated - visit and building. You'll see how to generate both types.
Generate Building Report
The building report will allow users to generate a report with diagnostics for all machines in the building from multiple technician visits. Once you have located the building, select the ellipsis (...) from the top right corner and then Generate report.
You'll see a dialog box that will allow you to customize what displays on the report and how you access it.
- Select all machine health statuses to include all machines that have been recorded on in the building. You can also toggle just the alarm or danger machines to show only the machines needing some attention.
- Sort by the default of Recording Date and Time which will list the most recently recorded machines first or Machine Health which will list the machines with the most concerning health statuses first (Danger, Alarm, Monitor, and Acceptable).
- The report can be generated in multiple languages including English, French, German, Italian, Polish, and Spanish.
- The date will initially populate, but can be adjusted by selecting Custom Date Range.
- Selecting this check box will allow you to include additional machines that have repairs or observations that wouldn't otherwise fit the selected date and machine health criteria.
- You may generate the report in your browser or send it to your email.
- If opened in your browser, you can use your browser's print function to print a physical copy or save as a PDF.
- If you use the send option, the report will be emailed to the email address that you used to sign into the web platform. You can then print, save, or forward the report.
Generate Visit Report
The visit report will allow users to generate a report with diagnostics from a single technician visit. Once you have located the building, select the Visits and select the appropriate visit.
From the individual visit page, select the Generate Report button in the top right corner.
You'll see a dialog box that will allow you to customize what displays on the report and how you access it.
