Using the Auguscope as a regular tool on the job, allow technicians to identify machines issues before they become more severe. Because of the tremendous value added, Carrier wants to ensure high use of the tool by offering the technicians, service managers, and markets incentives.
Technician Incentive
Fifty technicians with the highest number of recordings per month will be eligible to earn up to $1,200 per quarter.
- The SPIFF runs March, April, May, and June 2021 and requires a minimum of 5 recordings a month to be eligible.
- The top 15 technicians for the month will earn $400.
- The top 16-30 technicians for the month will earn $200.
- The top 31-50 technicians for the month will earn $150.
Service Manager Incentive
Three service managers with the highest number of recordings per scope per month will be eligible to earn up to $3,000 per quarter.
- The SPIFF runs March, April, May, and June 2021.
- Winners will be determined based on the total number of recordings from technicians assigned to a service manager divided by the total number of Auguscopes assigned to those technicians.
- The service manager with the highest number recordings scope will earn $1,000 for that month.
- The service manager with the second-highest number recordings scope will earn $750 for that month.
- The service manager with the third-highest number of recordings per scope will earn $500 for that month.
