Validating the Connection Status

Node Status Check 

Functional Status on the Physical Device 

• All the lights on the front of the node will be blinking green 

Status Check in the Halo Installation App 

1. Navigate to the Node you want to check 
2. Connectivity Levels 
   1. WiFi Strength - Must be greater than -75 dBm 
   2. Communication Status - should be recent 
   3. Data Status - should be recent 

Endpoint Status Check 

Functional Status on the Physical Device 

• The LED light on the front of the device should be blinking blue intermittently 

Status Check in the Halo Installation App 

1. Navigate to the Endpoint you want to check 
2. Connectivity Levels 
   1. Battery Level - should not be in the red, if it is, the battery needs replaced on the endpoint 
   2. BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) Strength - Must be greater than -75 dBm 
   3. Communication Status - should be recent 
   4. Data Status - should be recent
