
Node Status Check
Functional Status on the Physical Device
- All the lights on the front of the node will be blinking green
Status Check in the Halo Installation App
- Navigate to the Node you want to check
- Connectivity Levels
- WiFi Strength - Must be greater than -75 dBm
- Communication Status - should be recent
- Data Status - should be recent

Endpoint Status Check
Functional Status on the Physical Device
- The LED light on the front of the device should be blinking blue intermittently
Status Check in the Halo Installation App
- Navigate to the Endpoint you want to check
- Connectivity Levels
- Battery Level - should not be in the red, if it is, the battery needs replaced on the endpoint
- BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) Strength - Must be greater than -75 dBm
- Communication Status - should be recent
- Data Status - should be recent

Keep in mind that the endpoints and nodes will send data on regular intervals and the statuses will not update in the Halo Installation App immediately. We encourage you to keep working and come back to check the status of any changes you made after an hour or so to allow time for the devices to communicate and update within the Halo Installation App.
