Description:
The Machines to Notice dashboard within Augury’s platform helps teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and manage machines and alerts at scale. Users leverage this page to visualize at-risk equipment across their portfolio, easily identify any changes to equipment health, and set maintenance priorities effectively.
To centralize information and streamline workflows, the Machines to Notice dashboard has been updated with navigational improvements and the ability to access insights and alerts generated from each of Augury’s Machine Health solutions - including Machine Health Critical (MH CR), Machine Health for Supporting Equipment (MH SE), and Scope.
How it Works:
1. Access the Machines to Notice dashboard from the Company page
2. The Machines to Notice page is organized by each of Augury's Machine Health solutions:
a. MH CR - Critical Equipment: Aggregates all updates related to machines covered by Augury's MH CR solution
b. MH SE - Supporting Equipment: Aggregates all updates related to machines covered by Augury's MH SE solution
c. Scope: Aggregates all updates related to machines covered by the Auguscope
3. Click the "All Machines" selector to view updates across all machines without any filters
4. Filter the list by the following selectors to access specific machine updates and information
a. Unaddressed Alerts: Learn about machine alerts where no corrective action has been logged. Augury's team recommends leveraging this filter first when reviewing updates to stay informed about new and pending alerts.
b. Updates: Access new health and activity updates from the last 7 days.
c. Known Issues: Review addressed alerts that have not seen health improvements.
d. AI Detections: Identify rapidly developing issues prior to expert verification.
e. Starred Machines: An additional planning tool for prioritization.
5. View important high-level data at a glance
a. Health: Machine health status for critical machines.
b. Last Update: Short description of the machine's most recent activity.
c. Date: Date of the machine's most recent activity.
d. Future Repairs: Date oof any planned repairs logged by users.
e. Required Actions: All unaddressed alerts and any overdue planned repairs.
